Clare Eaton
BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist and EMDR Therapist

Hello, I’m Clare. I am an experienced and fully accredited CBT therapist and my aim is to support you to recover from the difficulty you are experiencing so that you can get back to yourself, who you are and what is important to you.

I have worked in adult mental health since 2014 and have 9 years of private, local authority and NHS experience combined.

I love CBT and have experienced personally and professionally the transformative effect it can have on people’s lives. I aim to create an empathetic warm and supportive environment to help you reach your goals and overcome difficulties.
